1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 6v99 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or associated accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 6v99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending wagers or bonus balances.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. 6v99 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate information provided during registration.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6v99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 6v99 support immediately via live chat. 6v99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Account Closure and Suspension

6v99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering activity, or a player's voluntary request for self-exclusion. Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting the 6v99 support team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification before the first payout is released.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form a supplementary part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail with respect to that promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified account on 6v99 and have satisfied any applicable minimum deposit requirement for the promotion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. Wagering requirements will always be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 6v99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already awarded and in active use by a player at the time of cancellation.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6v99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the 6v99 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. 6v99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker variants, or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple account registrations, use of VPNs, or coordinated play strategies not consistent with genuine recreational gambling.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Taking advantage of any known or unknown software bug, glitch, or miscalculation to derive unfair winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors may be voided.

7 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6v99 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the Platform.

• Frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website without authorisation.

Game content provided on the 6v99 Platform by studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used on the Platform under licence. 6v99 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6v99 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

Platform Availability

6v99 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. 6v99 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that reasonable efforts are made to restore service promptly.

Third-Party Game Providers

Games on the 6v99 Platform are operated by independent third-party studios. While 6v99 only partners with certified and reputable providers, 6v99 is not liable for any technical failures, disputes, or errors arising within game software provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, or any other third-party studio. Disputes regarding game outcomes must first be raised with 6v99 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming activities as they apply to users in Bangladesh. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
